Bunny Book ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our mobile app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account data — your name, email, phone number, and password (encrypted at rest).
• Order data — your shipping address, order history, and book preferences.
• Photo content — photos you choose to upload to design your books.
• Payment data — handled exclusively by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or expiry.
• Device data — device type, OS version, and a push-notification token if you opt in.

How we use it

• To create, print, and deliver your photobooks.
• To process payments via Stripe and shipments via Shippo.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, password resets).
• To improve the product — aggregate, non-identifying analytics only.

Who we share data with

Only the vendors we need to deliver your book — Stripe (payments), Shippo (shipping), our SMTP and SMS providers (notifications), and AWS S3 (storing the photos you upload). We do not sell your data.

Your photos

Your photos are stored privately and only used to produce the books you order. You can delete them by deleting your account, which permanently removes your data within 30 days.

Your rights

• Access and download your data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
