Welcome to Bunny Book. By using our app or website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Your account
You must be 13 or older to use Bunny Book. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact us right away.
Your content
You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload. By using Bunny Book, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and print your photos solely for the purpose of producing your books.
You must own or have permission to use any photos you upload. We don't review the photos you upload, but we may remove content that's reported as illegal.
Orders, payment, and refunds
- Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase and may include applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed by Stripe.
- Because each book is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns of an undamaged book.
- If your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
Shipping & pickup
You can pick up your book at a participating store, or have it shipped via Shippo. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Acceptable use
Don't use Bunny Book to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
Bunny Book is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of Bunny Book after changes constitutes acceptance.
